Fish in shredded sauce

TO MAKE SAUCE:
Slice lots of tomatoes pepper and onion (depends on how many pple u r cooking 4 ).
Add 2 tablespoon of veg oil to your pan and fry lightly
Because the oil is not much it will seems as if you are steaming it,
Add a cube of maggie and continue stirring until the raw taste is no longer there.
Add the clean fish and lower heat heat letting it steam for 5min.
Serve with pap cake(agidi,eko).
Very good as part of ur diet plan.

What sets us apart!

I try to concentrate on healthy foods, it's not about how thin you are but how healthy, a lot of the time we eat the wrong kind of food particularly amongst the d different tribes we have in Naija, take the yoruba speaking tribes for instance you find out that in their diet, the predominantly class of food they concentrate on is carbonhydrate with little protein, with all due respect we are not putting down one over the other.
At "farm2pots foods"we take care of the diets need of the elderly, convalesent, and children. Diabetes is a serious disease, and its spread is becoming an epidemic. Eating healthy, delicious food in proper portions is perhaps the very best way to combat it.
Come along as we feature the various food and soups for every need.
